Beloved wife of the late Tony J.. Loving mother of Tony M. (wife Donna). Dearest grandmother of Justin. Dear sister of the late Ahlma “Louise” Cooper (husband George), Frederick, Jr., Sherman, Marcel, Mary Jane Merrek and Eugene. The family suggests contributions may be made in Hazel’s memory to Menorah Park Center for Senior Living, 27100 Cedar Rd., Beachwood, OH 44122. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 28th at the Mullally Funeral Home at 10:00 AM. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Hazel at the MULLALLY FUNERAL HOME located in the DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just East of Green Rd.) on SUNDAY from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
