HARRY L. TOADDY, age 91; beloved husband of the late Elizabeth “Betty” (nee Stiadle); loving father of Mitch (wife Candy) and Richard (wife Patricia); devoted grandfather of Jason, Daniel (wife Melissa) and Ryan (wife Ashley); treasured son of the late Victor and Magdalena (nee Dickard) Taydch; dearest brother of the late Thomas and Richard; dear uncle and great-uncle of many.

Harry was a World War II U.S. Army Veteran. He was a resident of Euclid since 1961 after moving from Cleveland. A graduate of Collinwood High School, he worked as a machinist for several manufacturing companies. He enjoyed spending time at the Euclid Senior Center, working puzzles, playing golf and bowling, watching all sports – especially football and the Indians, and listening to big band music. He loved his dogs! His family will remember him as a hard-working, faithful, family man who was generous with his time.

Contributions may be made in Harry’s memory to Lake Humane Society.

Prayers of Christian Burial Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 1 PM at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91). Burial following with military honors at All Souls Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Harry at the funeral home SATURDAY 11 AM – 1 PM.
