HARRIET PROCHASKA (nee Behm) age 106. Peacefully called home to be with the Lord April 11, 2018. Cherished wife for 65 years of Charles John, MD (deceased), loving mother of Carole Smith (Walter-deceased), Louise, Charles John, Jr.(Mary-deceased), Georgia Gorell, Joanne Pogros (Tim) and Mary Beth Sammon, beloved grandmother of Gregory (Jeri Lee), Patrick (Leticia), & Thomas (Katie) Smith, Cheryl Kamus (Ray), Jeffrey (Phanida), & Brian (Ashley) Prochaska, Jason (Mary) & Zachary Gorell, Lauren Sammon and Colleen Marsh (Andy), great- grandmother of Tyler, Niles, Isabelle & Griffin Smith, Brittnie Price, Jacqueline & Megan Smith, Logan Kamus, Caleb Gorell and Ixchel Vazquez-Smith, dear sister of Art, Marion, Johnny, Earl, Nort, Walter, Edna, Florence, Alice and Jean (all deceased), dear aunt, great-aunt and friend of many. Graduate of East High School. Member Hillcrest, Doctors, Polyclinic, and St. Anns Hospitals’ Women’s Auxiliary. Harriet is also known as The Valentine Fairy. Hobbies: weekly family poker game, bridge, golf, bowling, swimming, playing the lottery, beading, arts & crafts, antique & doll collecting, and hosting all family life events. She played computer solitaire, knock rummy and bingo to the end. No words can describe the depth of love that her family has for this loving, vibrant & amazing woman. We thank God for blessing us with her tender love for 106 years. It was our honor & privilege to care for her and to be with her during her final journey where she is now joyful in the presence of her Heavenly Father.

Visitation at DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. FRIDAY APRIL 20, 2018 FROM 5-8 PM AND SATURDAY APRIL 21 FROM 10 AM TO NOON. Celebration of Life at Noon at the funeral home. Burial following in Calvary Cemetery.
