Harriet M. Dauchy

HARRIET M. DAUCHY (nee Malbon), age 87. Passed away quietly in her sleep January 19, 2010 while residing at her daughter Jane’s home. Beloved wife of the late Lee; cherished mother of James of San Antonio, TX, Jane Dauchy Wiemer (Robert) of Lyndhurst and Laura Dauchy Wiemer (David) of Baltimore, MD; loving grandmother of Andrew, Michael (Jeanne) and Douglas Wiemer and adoring grandmother of Cora and Audrey Wiemer; dear sister of Hazel Malbon Dauchy (Ed) and aunt to five nieces. Harriet was a 1939 graduate Cleveland Hts High, graduated nursing school and became an Army nurse stationed in England during WW II. She married Lee Dauchy January 18, 1947 and worked as a Cuyahoga County Public Health Nurse and school in the Mayfield School District until she retired. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.

A service in Harriet’s memory to celebrate her life will be Saturday February 13, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Church of the Good Shepherd 23599 Cedar Rd (between Richmond and Green Rd).
