GERALDINE M. LAZZARO (nee Maloney) age 76, beloved wife of the late Sam L.; loving mother of Thomas (wife Jamie), Kathleen Morgan (husband Phillip), David, Daniel and the late Lisa Marie Lazzaro; loving grandmother of Sam, Anna, twins Amanda and Kevin Morgan, Caitlin, William, Thomas and the late James; cherished daughter of the late William A. and Anne (nee Fleming) Maloney; dearest sister of Anne Marie Hickey (husband John), William Maloney (wife Marcia) and the late Roberta Mulroy (husband John, deceased); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Geraldine was born on January 10^th, 1942, in Brooklyn, NY and passed away peacefully on December 12, 2018 at Aria Nursing home, with her daughter Kathleen Morgan, and son Daniel Lazzaro at her side. She was a resident of Gates Mills for 2 years formerly of South Euclid. Geraldine was a President of NEO CNM and a member of Chapter 6 grief group. A registered nurse for over 30 years at Hillcrest Hospital, Hospice of the Western reserve and Harbor Light Hospice. She loved to laugh and was full of life. Geraldine’s Brooklyn accent, infectious laugh and zest for life will be missed by all that knew her.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish at 11 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Geraldine at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) TUESDAY 4-8 PM.
