GERALDINE R. HADDAD (nee Thomas) age 84; beloved wife of the late James G.; loving mother of Gayle Pitrone (husband Jeffrey), Jamey (wife Mary Kay Gray) and Ginger Haddad (husband Peter Lamb); devoted grandmother of Patrick Pitrone (wife Colleen), Jessica Jais (husband Aaron), Georgia and great-grandmother of James, Sean, Lucy and Henry; treasured daughter of the late Fred and Georgette (nee Ghattas) Thomas; cherished sister of Carol Marcellino, George Thomas of Australia and the late Norma Obertal; dearest aunt and great-aunt of many.
Jerry was a resident of Mayfield Village for 5 years after moving from Mayfield Heights. She was a member of St. Elias Catholic Church and Ex-President of the Lebanese-Syrian Junior Women’s League. A graduate of John Adams High School, Jerry was a homemaker for many years and enjoyed cooking, playing golf, bowling, entertaining and listening to Pavarotti. She loved spending time with her family and they gave her great joy! She will be fondly remembered as a no-nonsense, straight forward, generous, kind-hearted woman who was protective of her family and a mother to many. The doors of her home were always open to welcome family and friends to her dinner table.

Prayers of Christian Burial Monday, June 2, 2014 at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery.
Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Jerry at the Funeral Home SUNDAY 2-7 PM. Trisagion Service Sunday 6 PM.
