George Hissem

GEORGE F. HISSEM, age 80 was born on September 28, 1935 in Elizabeth, West Virginia and passed away on March 22, 2016. He was the beloved husband for 62 years of Marie (nee Richards); cherished son of the late Vincent and Cora Bell (nee Bradley); preceded in death by two brothers and one sister; dear uncle and great-uncle of many. U.S. Army Veteran

George was a resident of Chardon for 2 ½ years, formerly of Madison. He graduated from High School in West Virginia and lived in Ohio for 61 years. George was the owner/operator of a trucking company. He loved hunting deer and bears. George enjoyed camping, nature and traveling, especially to Carolina and West Virginia. He will be remembered by his family and friends as kind, outgoing, friendly and compassionate. George had a great sense of humor and was a fun loving guy. He will be greatly missed.
