George Christian “Chris” Anthony

GEORGE CHRISTIAN “CHRIS” ANTHONY, age 34, cherished son of George A. Anthony and Linda (nee Witt) Anthony; survived by his grandmother Doris Witt; loving brother of Jeffrey (wife Lori) Frey, Melisa Vojtko and Joseph (wife Melody) Anthony; devoted and beloved uncle of Hannah, Bryan, Logan, Ashvin “Eddie”, Leah, Tavlin, Lainey, Kiah, and Carol; dearest nephew, and cousin, and friend of many.

George Christian Anthony was born on April 20, 1988, in Wyandotte, Michigan. He spent most of his childhood in Hudson and Stow, Ohio, graduating from Stow High School in 2006. Chris went on to graduate from Kent State University with honors and enjoyed a career as a successful entrepreneur, working as a known and respected You-Tube influencer and investor. Chris spent the last 7 years living in Dallas Texas. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints and humbly served a 2-year mission. Chris was a great actor and musician, eventually writing his own songs. He practiced Kung Fu and was an avid skateboarder. His beloved dog, Pluto, was his faithful companion and gave him untold happiness. Chris most especially loved being an uncle to his nine nieces and nephews. He was definitely a free and intelligent spirit. His loved ones remember his loving and honest nature, his talent and humor, and recall that he was very giving, even to a fault. Chris will be deeply missed by the many that were close to him and knew him well.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Chris at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND, 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.)  SATURDAY, APRIL 22, from 12 NOON until Service at  2:00 PM.
