Gary L. Lindgren

GARY L. LINDGREN, aged 68 years, dearly beloved husband for 42 years to Margaret “Peg” (nee Tajgiszer), dear son of the late Lee E. and Violet N. (nee Ostberg), cherished brother-in-law of William S. Tajgiszer (wife Barbara), treasured uncle and 2nd father to William E. (wife Maureen) and Stephen J. Tajgiszer, loving great-uncle of Allyson, Ian, Sage and Gwen Tajgiszer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee E. and Violet N. (Ostberg) Lindgren.

Gary was born on May 31, 1945 in Cleveland and died Tuesday June 4, 2013 at Hospice House in Cleveland. He resided in Wickliffe. Gary was a graduate of Brush High School and retired in 2010 after 44 dedicated years as an assembler at Picker X-Ray. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Gary was an avid sports fan and enjoyed his trips to the casinos.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44110. Private funeral services and burial with Military Honors in Whitehaven Memorial Park.The family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Gary at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON RD. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) on FRIDAY from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
