Gary Bizjack

GARY J. BIZJACK, age 59, beloved father of Michelle Arnold (husband Douglas) and Julia Bizjack, devoted son of the late Theodore and Bertha (nee Boyance), cherished brother of Theodore, Jr. (wife Eileen), fond uncle of Theodore III and Thomas, former husband of Susan Ruzich.  Gary was a resident of Richmond Heights for 32 years.  He was a member of St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, National Ski Patrol, the Eagles, and the Elks.  After graduating from Brush High School, receiving his Bachelors’ from The Ohio State University and Masters from Kent State University, Gary worked as a Special Needs Teacher for the Cuyahoga East Vocational Education Consortium (CEVEC).  He previously worked for Sifco Tool and Die.  Gary enjoyed skiing, swimming, collecting Hostas, playing with his Bentley and listening to the Beach Boys, Beatles and his daughters’ piano playing.  He especially liked spending time with his children, friends and family, watching Ohio State Football, baking Christmas cookies and driving with the top down on his Corvette.  His family will fondly remember him as a friendly, outgoing, talkative man who was a loving father and always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed him.

Relatives and friends are requested to meet for the Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, May 3, 2014 at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, 140 Richmond Rd., Euclid, at 9:30 AM. Burial following in All Souls Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Gary at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON RD. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 4-8 PM.
