GAIL ANN PERNA (nee Faluski) went to be with the Lord Friday April 11, 2014. Age 71. Beloved wife of the late Joseph D. Loving mother of Jacqueline Campana (husband Steve), and Lisa Palmisciano. Devoted grandmother of Raquel “Rocky” Kozlowski, Marisa and Francesca Pamlisciano, Gabrielle, and Michael Campana. Cherished daughter of the late Charles and Jacqueline (nee Spetrino) Faluski. Dear sister of Debbie Faluski.

Funeral service Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Calvary Assembly of God 28870 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills. Burial following at Knollwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Gail at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) TUESDAY 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
