FRANK JOHN DIORIO, age 90, beloved husband for 41 years of Dale “Dee Dee” (nee Schaefer); dear step-father of Laura Legan (Frank); loving grandfather of Reese Legan; cherished son of the late Camilla (nee Lascaro) and Frank Diorio; loving brother of his twin, the late Mark Diorio. United States Army Veteran.

 Frank died peacefully surrounded by family on September 21, 2024, just four days after his 90th birthday. Frank was born and raised in Steubenville, Ohio, graduated from Steubenville High School and Franciscan University of Steubenville. He went on to work for 40 years at General Electric, Nela Park as a Financial Analyst. 

Frank genuinely enjoyed spending time with his family, playing cards and traveling. Dale and Frank played in several bridge groups with their longtime friends. Raised in Steubenville amongst Steelers fans, Frank converted into a diehard Cleveland Browns fan, never missing a game. 

He will be remembered as a serious, hard working, and generous man, who loved his family and all the pets. Frank lived life his way and on his terms and will be deeply missed by all those that loved him. 

 In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested in memory of Frank to The Hospice of Western Reserve, 300 East 185th St. Cleveland, Ohio 44119. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Frank at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) MONDAY SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 from 12 NOON until 1:00PM.
