Frank H. Blotnick, Jr. of Wickliffe passed away on March 27, 2015. He is survived by his loving wife Anna M. (nee Yauneridge); sons Frank H. III (wife Virginia) of Mentor, John L. of Texas and James M. (wife Lisa) of Huntsburg; daughter Cheryl A. Gaidelis (husband James) of Maple Heights; grandchildren Brian (wife Debby) and Matthew Blotnick; Anthony Weybrecht; Amanda Weybrecht; Nicholas Weybrecht (wife Christina) and Great grandchildren, Tyler and Ariana; and sisters Vaughn Bentley and Elizabeth DeMarco. Frank was preceded in death by his parents Frank H. Blotnick Sr. and Mary Blotnick (nee Canyock); and sisters Clementine Miller, Helen Gillespie, Reta Hurley and Ethel Rettig.
Frank was employed as a millwright at Republic Steel for over 30 years. He was a handyman who loved to build and fix things. He also loved to go camping and fishing and was a man who loved his cars and motorcycles. Mostly, he will be remembered as a giving and hardworking man who loved his family.
Christian Prayer Service Tuesday March 31, 2015 at 11:30 AM at the DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home of Willoughby Hills, 28890 Chardon Road (between Bishop Road & Rt. 91), Fr. Thomas Behrend of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church will be officiating. Cremation following by DeJohn Crematory. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Frank Monday 4-8 at the FUNERAL HOME.
