Frances Lopresti

FRANCES L. LoPRESTI (nee Antoon) age 82, beloved wife of the late Frank; loving mother of Frank C. (wife Amie), Michael (wife Linda) and Carla; devoted grandmother of Michael (wife Kristen), Matthew (wife Nicole), Jonathan (wife Erin), Jordan, Francesca, Rebekah, Nico, Bella and great-grandmother of Lorenza, William, Colette, Nolan, and Roman; cherished daughter of the late Peter and Josephine (nee Joseph) Antoon; dearest sister of George (wife Vera) and John Antoon, Mary Lou Stelma, Florence Gyurcsik (husband Richard, deceased), and the late Elias Antoon (wife Mary Jo); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Frances was born on May 16, 1935 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania and passed away on April 30, 2018. She was a resident of Chardon for 5 years, formerly of Mayfield Heights. Frances was a member of Word of Grace Church and the over 55 Woman’s Group “Growing In Grace.” She attended from High School in Uniontown, Pennsylvania and worked as a manager. Frances loved Bingo and traveling, especially to Canada, Mexico, Aruba and Italy. Her family gave Frances the most enjoyment in life and she loved cooking and entertaining. Frances was a huge Browns fan and enjoyed watching the Cavs and Indians. She will be remembered most as everyone’s best friend and the life of the party. Frances knew no strangers and was an outgoing, social, generous and loving woman. She touched many people and had a good sense of humor. Frances was a great cook and a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed.

Celebration of Life Service Monday, May 7, 2018 at 10 AM at Word of Grace Church 9021 Mayfield Rd, Chesterland, OH 44026. Entombment following at Knollwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Frances at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) SUNDAY 2-6 PM.
