Florence Harnist

FLORENCE E. HARNIST (nee Zimmer), age 102, beloved wife of the late Edward; loving mother of Mary Ann Mumford (husband Ernie), Jeanne Berry and James Harnist; devoted grandmother of Kathy, John (Liezel), Michael and Eric and great-grandmother of Christian, Joshua, Robert-John and Anah; treasured daughter of the late Alphonse and Mary (nee Roesler) Zimmer; cherished sister of the late Phyllis Galyen (husband Harold, deceased) and Richard A. Zimmer; dear aunt.

Florence was born on October 12, 1913 in Cleveland and passed away on January 3, 2016. She graduated from Lourdes Academy and was a resident of Lyndhurst for 66 years.  Florence was a homemaker, who enjoyed gardening, reading, doing crossword puzzles, walking and swimming.  Florence’s friendly, likeable and loving nature will be greatly missed.
