Eugene W. Myslenski

EUGENE W. MYSLENSKI passed away on April 25, 2011 at the age of 95. A graduate of East High School and Western Reserve University, a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame at Case-Western Reserve, a WW II US Army veteran, principal of Cleveland Heights High School and Lakewood High School, member of numerous associations and coach and teacher to many. Beloved husband of the late Adella U. (nee Sutkus). Loving father of Skip (partner Annie Boyle) of Chicago, IL, Paul of Austin, TX and Jack (wife Marsha) of Highland Hts, OH. Devoted grandfather of Matthew, Nicolas, Chris (wife Amanda), Beth Malatesta (husband Tom), Sarah Rathsack (husband Robby) and great-grandfather of Skylar, Emerah, Navene, Julia Malatesta and Madelyn Rathsack. Cherished son of the late Frank and Julia (nee Spanowski) Myslenski. Dearest brother of Richard, Frank and the late Joe, Ralph, Albin, Leonard, Marie, Marcel Mylen, Caroline Krukowski, Harriet Glowacki and Ernest. Dear brother-in-law of the late Frances Sutkus. Dear uncle of many.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 9:30 AM. Burial following at Calvary Cemetery.

The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Gene at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) THURSDAY 6-9 & FRIDAY 2-4 & 6-9 PM.
