EMMA TUSOCH (nee Parco), beloved wife for 72 years of the late Patsy; loving mother of the late Maria Alexander (husband Mark) and Robert; devoted grandmother Brian Alexander (wife Caitlin), Christine Kletecka (husband Jay), Nicole Stuber (husband David), James Tusoch (wife Valerie), Anthony Tusoch (wife Tiffany), Patrick Tusoch and Emma Tusoch and great-grandmother of AJ, Carly, Jack, Lincoln, twins Reagan and Hayes, Kiera, Amara, David Jr., Bella and James Jr.; cherished daughter of the late Vincenzo and Vincenza (nee Arlia) Parco; dearest sister of the late Jenny Porco (husband Eugene deceased), Assunta Longo (husband Peter deceased), and Angelina Pinchak (husband George deceased); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.
Emma was born on July 20, 1926 in Amantea, Italy. When she was 12, her family moved to the US and she attended high school in Pennsylvania. With her attention to detail, Emma spent many years employed as a seamstress for General Motors. Her pleasurable past-times included reading, gardening, cooking, baking and watching the Cleveland Indians. During their 72 years of marriage, Emma and Patsy watched their family grow, starting with a daughter and son, then 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Emma was devoted to her family and delighted in spending time with them and sharing their lives. Blessed with a generous and social personality, hosting family and friends for holidays and other celebratory occasions throughout the years brought her special joy. On January 12, 2025, Emma passed away leaving her family to miss her funny sense of humor and never-ending love.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Emma’s memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44110.
Mass of Christian Burial Friday, January 17, 2025 at St. Noel Catholic Church, 35200 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills, Ohio at 11AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Emma at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) THURSDAY 5-7PM.
