Elias Daher

ELIAS DAHER, age 96. Beloved husband for 63 years of the late Marie (nee Hanna); loving father of Diana Najem (husband John, deceased), Fadia Daher-Rassi, Liliane Richa (husband Richard Jackson), Tony and Nemtallah (wife Ghada); devoted grandfather of Michael Najem (wife Tara), Lena Najem, Jad Richa, Michele Scavdis (husband Tony), Justin Rassi, Amanda Schmidt (husband Eric), Zoey and Eli Daher and great-grandfather of 4. Dearest brother of the late Wardieh Salwan, Alexander Daher, Hanne Thomey, Mathilda , Abdo and Theresa Daher.

Elias was a resident of Cleveland Heights and member of St. Maron Catholic Church for 38 years after moving from Lebanon. He participated in the Aitaneet Brotherhood and enjoyed gardening and playing cards in his free time. He will be fondly remembered as a strong-willed, family-oriented man who loved his family very much.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 10:30 AM at St. Maron Catholic Church 1245 Carnegie Ave Cleveland, OH44115. Entombment following at Knollwood Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Elias at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) TUESDAY 4-8 PM. Prayers of Incense at 7:00 PM.
