ELI R. POLJAK, age 52. Beloved husband for 29 years of Monica (nee Belpulsi). Cherished son of the late Eli and Helen (nee Jelenic). Brother of William McDonald and Jeanette Wakely. Dearest son-in-law of Ernest and Emily (nee DeGilio) Belpulsi. Dear nephew, cousin and friend of many.

Contributions may be made in Eli’s memory to American Cancer Society. A Tribute Service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 12 Noon at Willoughby Hills Friends Church, 2846 SOM Center Rd ,Willoughby Hills, Ohio 44094.

The burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Eli at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) on TUESDAY from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 PM

Eli loved to golf and travel. His family remembered him as a kind, honest, loyal, dedicated, hard working and trustworthy person and one who gave of his time. Eli also had a dry sense of humor and was a Christian man.
