Eileen Adornetti Kobunski

EILEEN KOBUNSKI (nee Adornetti) age 75, beloved wife of the late Ronald; loving step-mother of John (wife Diane), June D’Amico and Jodie Khas; devoted grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of two; cherished daughter of the late William and Clara (nee Pucci) Adornetti; dearest sister of Donna Luidhardt (husband Donald); dear aunt of Laurie and Dan Zinn, Julie and Todd Hines and Kristi and Brett Sweyer, and great aunt of 10. 

Eileen was born on July 9, 1948 and proudly called the Cleveland area her home until she passed on March 18, 2024. As a 1967 graduate of Mayfield High School, she furthered her education with a bachelor's degree from Ursuline College and a master’s degree from John Carroll. Employed by the City of Mayfield Heights, she served as both the Clerk of Courts and then Director of Human Services. Always cheering on Cleveland, Eileen was an avid fan of the Indians, Browns and Cavs.  In her free time she loved to cook and listen to 50s and 60s music.  She faithfully served as an eucharistic minister at St. Francis.  Above all, Eileen was highly devoted to her family and cherished time spent with family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6850 Mayfield Road, Gates Mills, OH at 10 AM. Entombment following at All Souls Cemetery.
