Edward Prudic

EDWARD A. PRUDIC, age 55 of Willowick passed away peacefully after a courageous fight with lung cancer on October 5, 2009. Ed will be missed dearly by his loving companion Debra Sraj. Beloved son of Emma M. (Jan) Welo (nee Mihalic) and the late Edward Prudic and step-son of Thomas J. Welo, Sr. Loving brother of Joan Prudic, MD, Nancy Prudic (husband Bert Dennis), Joyce Prudic and step-brother of Thomas J. (wife Carol) and Mark A. Welo, Elizabeth A. Kass (husband Rev. Steve), Carter A. Welo (wife Mayor Georgine) and the late Philip M. Welo. Dear uncle of five nieces, nine nephews and one great-niece.

Contributions may be made in Ed’s memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve 300 E. 185th St Cleveland, OH 44119.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, October 10, 2009 at St. Noel Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Interment Mentor Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Ed at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 2:00 – 5:00 and 6:00 – 9:00 PM.
