DWYN D. KAWALEC (nee Taddie) age 60; beloved wife for 42 years of Michael; loving mother of Fr. Zachary, Jessica Noce (husband Franco), Nicholas (wife Elizabeth) and Johanna; dearest grandmother of Baby Max (deceased), Isabella, Sebastiano, Owen, Ashton and Claire; cherished daughter of the late Henry and Elizabeth (nee Carson) Taddie; dearest sister of Majel Haas (husband Paul), Mark Taddie (wife Susan), Hallie Martin (husband Russell), Robert Young (wife Christine) and Cyndi Brunnet; dear aunt great aunt of many.

Dwyn was born on August 31, 1956 and passed away on April 4, 2017. She was a 60 year resident of Chardon. Dwyn was a 60 year member of St. Mary Catholic Church at which she was involved in Pro-Life, the Eucharistic Adoration, the Avila Prayer group and a Lunch Mom at St. Mary School. She graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1974. Dwyn was a homemaker and enjoyed ceramics, listening to music and the Cleveland Indians. She received the most enjoyment in life from her family, her grandchildren, and her faith. Dwyn was known for her wonderful hugs, she was outgoing with a sense of humor, loving, wonderful, generous, selfless, prayerful, and faithful. She had a very warm heart and taught everyone how to live and how to die. Dwyn will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Dwyn to the St. Mary Catholic Church Pro-Life Group.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday April 10, 2017 at 10 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church 401 North St, Chardon, OH 44024. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Dwyn at The DeJohn Funeral Home & Crematory of Chardon (formerly Ritondaro) 126 South St.  (Rt. 44, south of Rt. 6/Chardon Square) SUNDAY 2-6 PM.
