DOROTHY IDA PENDLETON (nee Kampman), age 87. Beloved wife of the late John L. Loving mother of Susan Davet (Peter), Elaine Cerny Carter (Douglas), David, twins Jane Ocepek (John) and Joyce Seidman, Mary Kay DeCapite, twins Mark (Tami) and Michael (Laura). Precious grandmother of Paul (Dawn), Brian (Cynthia) and Andrew (Ashlie) Davet, Anne Davet Proano (David), Karen Cerny Mayhew (Glenn), Christopher Cerny, Julie and Jason Ocepek, Jeffrey DeCapite, Emily, Tyler, Alex, Andrew and Gracen Pendleton and great-grandmother of 11. Cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Ida (nee Wiehn) Kampman. Dearest sister of Kenneth and the late Alfred and Raymond Kampman. Dear aunt and great-aunt of many nieces, nephews, and friend to many. Dorothy’s family wishes to express deepest appreciation and gratitude to the Sisters of the Holy Spirit and the staff at Jennings Center for the compassionate care extended to their mother , during her stay with them. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Dorothy’s memory to Jennings Center for Older Adults, 10204 Granger Rd., Garfield Heights, OH, 44125, or the Poor Clare Nuns, 3501 Rocky River Dr., Cleveland, OH 44111. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish at 11 AM. Interment following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Dorothy at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) TUESDAY 4-8 PM.
