DOROTHY L. CHAPIC (nee Pugel) age 91, beloved wife for 71 years of August; loving mother of Mark (wife Marlene), Jack (wife Susan), Darlene Menth, Dean, Joseph (wife Nancy) and the late Frank; devoted grandmother of Mark Jr, Anne Good (Tyler), Sarah Bryan (William), Michelle Kroll (Christopher, MD), Michael (Wendy), Patricia Hanna (Michael), Kristen, Kelsey Fyfe (Brian), Kori, John Menth and great-grandmother of 18; cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (nee Riegler) Pugel; dearest sister of the late Joseph, Margaret and Emma Pugel, Mary Setina, Frank, Albert and Andrew Pugel, Evelyn Pirosko and Pauline Korosec; dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Dorothy was born on June 26, 1923 in Cleveland, OH. She graduated from Collinwood High School and married August in 1943. Dorothy was a homemaker who got the most enjoyment in life from her family. She was a hard worker who never complained and will be remembered for her sweet, kind and giving nature.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, March 14, 2015, at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church at 11 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Dorothy at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 4-8 PM.
