DORIS J. PETTE (nee Intorcio) age 85, beloved wife for 59 years of the late Alfred “Skee”; beloved mother of Valerie; devoted loving grandmother of Christina and Lisa Pintenich; beloved daughter of the late Dominic and Josephine (nee DiVito) Intorcio; dear sister of Robert Intorcio (wife Rosalie) and the late Jerry Intorcio (wife Maureen, deceased); dearest loving aunt of Thomas and Edward Intorcio, Mary Jo Gerd, Ronald and Robert Intorcio, Gina Hann, Dominic Intorcio, Michelle and Douglas Kulway; devoted great-aunt of many; and mother-in-law of David Pintenich.

Doris was born on October 21, 1929 in Cleveland and passed away on October 5, 2015. She was a resident of Willoughby Hills since 1989, formerly of Euclid. Doris was a faithful parishioner of Holy Redeemer for a long time. She graduated from Collinwood High School in 1947. Doris retired from General Motors where she worked as a Data Processor. Doris loved golfing, cooking, baking, knitting and crocheting. She enjoyed playing Bingo. Doris really enjoyed her weekly breakfast luncheons with her lifelong girlfriends. Doris will be remembered most as a determined, independent, self-sufficient woman who was extremely caring, giving and selfless.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday, October 12, 2015 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Doris at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) SUNDAY 2-6 PM.
