Doretta “Dolly” Romaine Corbran, age 85, of Chardon, formerly of Euclid, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Arden Courts in Chagrin Falls. She was born on February 9, 1929 in Warren, PA, a daughter of the late Wallace and Dora (Taft) Warren.
Dolly was a member of St. Robert’s Catholic Church and attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She was a part of the Ladies’ Guild at St. Roberts. Her hobbies included bowling, playing poker and a love of reading, which she passed on to her children. Dolly loved raising her family and watching her grandchildren grow. She was a kind, sweet, caring, innocent woman with a great sense of humor.
She is survived by her children, Doreen (Edward) McCarthy of Concord, Bettina Sajn of Concord, Anthony (Treva) Corbran of Painesville and Tamara (John) Williams-Hill of Chardon; 13 greatly loved grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Dolly was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Jerome Corbran and sister, Joyce (Roger) Heeter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on MONDAY, MAY 5, 2014 at 10AM. At ST. MARY’s CATHOLIC CHURCH, 401 N. STREET, CHARDON, OH 44024. Burial will follow in All Souls Cemetery.
