Donna was born in St. Anne’s hospital in Cleveland and lived there until she was three years old. She moved to Highland Heights where she lived until she was 14 years old. Donna went on to live in Chesterland with her family where she attended and graduated from West Geauga High School in 1978.
Donna was very creative and enjoyed making things for the people she loved. She was Pintersest before there was Pinterest. She enjoyed cooking and baking, especially making ravioli with her family.
When she was younger her family spent summers at the Pennellwood Summer Resort where she served as head baker. Later her life would revolve around Richie, Danielle and Joe. She was devoted to her children. Her favorite holiday was Christmas and she would decorate multiple Christmas trees every year. Her love of decorating and celebrating spilled over into Halloween and it wouldn’t be unusual to find a skeleton sitting at the kitchen table. Donna enjoyed yearly trips to Cedar Point, family vacations to Disney and visiting the casinos when they would spend time with Danielle in Las Vegas.
Donna had a huge heart and always put others first. She always took care of other people and went out of her way to make people feel special. Donna was kind, loving and generous and will be missed by all.
