Dolores M. Cari

DOLORES M. CARI (nee DeMore), age 79; beloved wife of the late Andrew J. DDS; loving mother of John A. (wife Judy), Andrew F. (husband Alan Trethewey), Elizabeth A., Margaret M., Virginia R. Ripepi (husband John, deceased), Robert J. and Thomas J. (wife Carolyn); devoted grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 12; cherished daughter of the late Anthony and Anna (nee Lanese) DeMore; dearest aunt of John A. Cari.

Dolores was a Mayfield Heights resident since 1994, previously residing in Mentor. She attended the University of Dayton and Notre Dame Academy. Dolores was an Registered Nurse. She enjoyed sewing, baking, crocheting and making Christmas stockings for her grandchildren. Her family remembers her as a good listener and confidant who possessed a gentle soul. She had a positive outlook on life and was caring and supportive.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Dolores to American Kidney Foundation, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, Maryland 20851. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 11:00 AM at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.). Burial following at Lake View Cemetery. The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Dolores at THE FUNERAL HOME on TUESDAY from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
