Darko Pozar

DARKO F. POZAR, age 88, cherished son of the late Frank and Mary (nee Mezgec); beloved brother of Lillian Centa (husband Ernest); loving uncle of Ronald, Michael (wife Judith), and Joanne; great uncle of Paige, Alexander, and Ethan.

Darko was born on June 8, 1930 in Euclid, Ohio and passed away on December 12, 2018. He attended St. Christine’s School and graduated from Euclid Shore High School. Darko then obtained an Engineering degree from Cleveland State University (Fenn College) and was employed by Abbott Laboratories in Illinois. He proudly served in the United States Army and is a post-World War II Veteran. In his free time, he enjoyed playing tennis and taking trips with the Catholic Alumni Club in Illinois. He loved to collect ballerina paintings and found the most enjoyment in life searching for the right one. Darko will be greatly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial TUESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2018 at 11 AM at Our Lady of the Lake Church, East 200^th Street, Euclid, OH 44119. Interment following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Darko at THE CHURCH TUESDAY MORNING from 10-11 AM. Arrangements by THE ZEVNIK-COSIC FUNERAL HOME.
