DANIEL R. POLANTZ, age 38, devoted husband of Kristen (Hahner); loving father of Danica; precious son of Dorothy (Nerkowski) and the late Raymond L.; beloved brother of Raymond M. (Lisa) and Brian (Noel); dearest son-in-law of Lee and Patricia Hahner and brother-in-law of Matt (Kathy) Hahner; caring uncle of Drew, Evelyn, Michael and Noah Polantz; dear godson of Carol Szczepanik and the late Donald DiVito.

Danny treasured the time he spent with his family and close friends. He loved travelling, collecting memorabilia and polka music. Danny never took life for granted. He cherished every moment of his life with Kristen and Danica. His gentle, kind spirit touched the lives of many and will live in our hearts forever.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions to Danica’s education fund at Ohio Savings Bank.

Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Saturday June 20, 2015 at St. John of the Cross Church 140 Richmond Rd. Euclid followed by burial in All Souls Cemetery.  Family will receive friends at THE ZEVNIK-COSIC FUNERAL HOME 28890 CHARDON RD. (BETWEEN BISHOP RD. AND RT. 91) WILLOUGHBY HILLS  FRIDAY 2-4 and 5-8 P.M.
