DANIEL PERHAY, aged 95 years, dearly beloved husband for 65 years to Olga (nee Kosoglov), loving father of Daniel, Judith, Elizabeth Zaller (husband John), Michael (wife Aundrea) and the late baby girl Perhay, treasured grandfather of 8 and great-grandfather of 1, dearest son of the late Frank and Amalija (nee Morela), dear brother of Frances Basko (husband Joe) (both deceased), Frank (wife Dorothy) (both deceased), and Irma Kurkowski (husband Stanley “?? deceased), respected uncle, great-uncle, and always a gentleman. World War II Veteran of the Battle of the Bulge, proud recipient of the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star, and retired 40 year member of Teamsters Local # 407.

A Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, July 31, 2010, at St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Burial following with Military Honors in All Souls Cemetery.

The family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Daniel at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON RD. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) on Friday, July 30, 2010 from 3-7 PM.
