“CYRIL J. “CY” KALBRUNNER, age 90. Beloved husband for 69 years of Mary (nee Sowa). Loving father of Rita Dawson (husband Richard), Virginia Salerno (husband Gerald) and Joan Uronis (husband Alan). Devoted grandfather of Kimberly Salerno, Rene Wynot, Steven Dawson (Amy), Denise Salerno, Brian Dawson, Dona Dick (Mark), Christine Paciorek (Anthony), Matthew Salerno (Crystal), Brenda Humphris (Ryan) and the late Tracy Dawson and great-grandfather of 12. Cherished son of the late Jacob and Elsie (nee Miller). Dearest brother of the late Roger, Kathleen, Earl, Harold and Maurice. Dear uncle and great-uncle of many. World War II U.S. Navy Veteran and Purple Heart recipient.

A Mass of Christian Burial Monday, November 30, 2009 at St Margaret Mary Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Interment All Souls Cemetery.

The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Cy at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) on Saturday November 28, 2009 from 4-6 and Sunday, November 29, 2009 from 2-6 PM.”
