CYNTHIA A. GARDJULIS (nee Brinovec) age 76, beloved wife for 54 years of Robert; loving mother of Robert and Joanne Millsaps (husband John); devoted grandmother of James Nolin, Christopher Nolin (wife Angel), Tyler Gardjulis, Isabel and Jacob Millsaps and great-grandmother of Donovan and Avery Way; cherished daughter of the late Robert and Vida (nee Kranjc) Brinovec; dearest sister of Vida Davidson (husband Robert, deceased), Linda Brinovec, Andrea Duch, Pamela Brinovec, John Brinovec (wife Mary), and the late Roberta Mina; dear aunt and great-aunt of many.
Cynthia was born on August 22, 1945 in Cleveland and passed away on October 20, 2021. She was a resident of Willowick for 48 years and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church of Collinwood and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Willoughby. Cynthia graduated from Ursuline of Sacred Heart High School in 1963 and worked as a bank teller for Key Bank. She loved gardening and traveling especially to Hawaii and going on cruises. Being a Grandma was one of the things that Cynthia loved most in the world. She will be remembered most as an upbeat, happy, and positive woman who had a sense of humor. Cynthia was devoted to her family and her faith and will be dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Cynthia to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 10 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 15519 Holmes Ave., Cleveland. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Cynthia at THE ZEVNIK-COSIC FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) MONDAY 4-8 PM.
