CYNTHIA D. “CYNDI” LJUBI (nee Morales) age 64, beloved wife for 37 years of Richard “Rick”; loving mother of Benny and Ariana “Ari” (fiancé Jamison Schroeder); cherished daughter of the late Ernest and Doris (nee Ellis) Morales; dearest sister of Coralise Terwilliger (husband John deceased), Alicia Pingatore (husband Sam), Brenda Morales (husband Stanley deceased) and Ernest W. Morales (wife Lisa); treasured daughter-in-law of the late Edward and Dorothy Ljubi; dearest sister-in-law of Robert and Patricia Ljubi, Andrea and John Pappas and the late Randy Ljubi; dear aunt, great-aunt and friend of many. Survived by her feline companion Delaney and preceded in death by her feline companion Brad.

Cyndi was born on July 16, 1959, and passed away on April 1, 2024. She graduated from South High School in 1977 and attended Cleveland State University. She worked at Key Bank as a Business Analyst. She and her beloved Rick married and raised their family in the Cleveland area. Cyndi was an avid Cleveland Browns and Nascar fan. She thoroughly enjoyed attending Broadway Series shows. When it came to music, the 80’s was her favorite genre to listen to. Cyndi was a devoted wife and mother. Her family meant everything to her. They would lovingly describe her as outgoing and selfless with a great sense of humor. She had a tremendous love for cats. Cyndi will be truly missed by her family and all that had the pleasure of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested in memory of Cyndi to a fund supporting her son's Special Needs Trust. 

Relatives and friends are requested to meet for the Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 11:15AM at St. Anselm Catholic Church, 12969 Chillicothe Rd, Chesterland. Family will receive friends at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE RD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) FRIDAY 4-7 PM. Cremation following by DeJohn Crematory. Burial will take place at All Souls Cemetery at a later date.
