CRYSTAL KAY REVNEW (nee Cleaver) age 58, beloved wife for 34 years of Steve; loving mother of Alex, Christopher, Andre, Luke, Matthew, and Joseph; cherished daughter of Allen and the late Sandra (nee Corry) Cleaver; dearest sister of Karen Kielbas (husband Mike) and Scott Cleaver (wife Amber); devoted daughter-in-law of Dorothy (nee VanTiem) and the late Gerald Revnew; treasured sister-in-law of Bob and Debbie Revnew, Jim and Kim Revnew, Tom and Liz Revnew, John and Jamie Revnew, Mike and Val Revnew, and Mary and Josh Thorpe; dear aunt, great-aunt and friends of many. Survived by her canine companion Maverick.
Crystal was born February 23, 1966 in Port Huron, Michigan. Graduating in 1984 from Port Huron High School, she obtained her bachelor's degree in chemistry at Eastern Michigan University and her master's degree at Wayne State University. Wholeheartedly devoted to her family, she spent many exciting and delightful years raising her six sons and being a hockey mom. She was a lifelong learner and instilled the same passion in her children. Crystal enjoyed being outdoors hiking or enjoying other family activities. During her free time, she could be found cheering on the Red Wings or listening to Billy Joel and Bruce Springsteen. With musical talent, Crystal excelled at playing the flute. This beautiful soul passed away on April 11, 2024 and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at St. Helen Catholic Church, 12060 Kinsman Road, Newbury, OH at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery.
Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Crystal at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) MONDAY 5-8 PM AND TUESDAY 2-4 AND 5-8 PM. Rosary Service Tuesday 7:30pm.
