Constance K. “Connie” Mchugh

CONSTANCE K. “CONNIE” MCHUGH (nee Farragher) age 83, beloved wife of the late Lawrence P.; loving mother of Timothy (wife Karen), James (wife Linda), Mary Pietrocini (husband Anthony, deceased), Connie Chappuies (husband Stephen) and Bridget Woosley (husband Paul); devoted grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother “GG” of 5; cherished daughter of the late John and Constance (nee TePas) Farragher; dearest sister of the late Lois (McGuckin) Holler (husband Robert Holler, deceased), (husband John McGuckin, deceased), John “Jack” Farragher (wife Patricia, deceased) and Eileen Farragher. Dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Connie was born on October 8, 1937 in Cleveland and passed away on September 11, 2021. She was a resident of Cleveland, Mayfield Heights since 1957 and was a parishioner of Church of St. Clare. Connie graduated from Notre Dame Academy in 1955 and proudly worked as an Administrator at Progressive Insurance for 25 years. She greatly enjoyed genealogy, going to the casino,  bus trips, knitting, and was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. Connie loved traveling and cherished her trips to Alaska, Ireland, and cruises. She was very social with a sense of humor, loved her family unconditionally, and was devoted to her faith. Connie will be dearly missed by all.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday, September 20, 2021 at 10 AM at St. Clare Catholic Church. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Connie at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) SUNDAY 5-7 PM. (FAMILY REQUESTS MASKS BE WORN)
