CONNIE S. YURCHAK (nee Copen) age 63. Devoted wife of Joseph. Loving mother of Michael J. (Carla Dottore) and Carrie Ann Demas (husband Bill). Cherished grandmother of Ashley Evan Demas, Ava Eve Demas, Stella Grace Yurchak and the late Parker Ethan Demas. Beloved sister of JoAnn Setliff, Marion, Jr, Gene and Gary Copen, Nawasa Padula and the late Donnie Copen. Dear aunt of many.

A Tribute Service will take place on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 12 Noon, at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91).

Entombment following at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Connie at the funeral home on Wednesday morning, December 15, 2010 from 10 – 12 Noon.
