Clinton Hanson

CLINTON P. HANSON age 83; beloved husband for 58 years of Patricia M. (nee Burtnett); loving father of Randy G. (wife Mary Jo) and Holly J.; devoted grandfather of Hanna and Hayden; treasured son of the late Fred J. and Linnea D. (nee Nelson); cherished brother of Ronald F. (wife Donna) and Dale R.; dear uncle and great-uncle of many. U.S. Army Veteran.

Clinton was a resident of Euclid after moving from South Euclid in 1961. He was a US Army Veteran and a member of Nottingham Baptist Church for more than 20 years. A graduate of Brush High School, Clinton worked as the Maintenance Supervisor of Roads and Bridges for Cuyahoga County. In his free time he played golf with the Cleveland Industrial Golf League (CIGL). His family will remember him as a conscientious, generous, faithful man who was a good teacher and had a great sense of humor.

Celebration of Life Service Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Nottingham Baptist Church at 10 AM. Burial following at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Clinton at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) WEDNESDAY 4-8 PM.
