Clifford Campana

CLIFFORD CAMPANA age 97, beloved husband for 70 years of the late Phyllis (nee Raison); loving father of David (wife Mary Jane) and Sherry Beyer (husband Thomas); devoted grandfather of Jennifer Hanna (husband Greg), Elizabeth Schneeberger (fiancé Rick Perez), Katie Schneeberger (Rob Burg), Michael Beyer (Candy), Kris Daringer (husband Thor), Joseph Beyer (wife Marissa), and Patrick Beyer and great-grandfather of seven; cherished son of the late Alfred and Barbara (nee Kepes). World War II U.S. Army-Air Corp Veteran.

Clifford H. Campana was born May 11, 1923 in Cleveland, OH and passed away peacefully December 21, 2020. He was a resident of Lyndhurst for the past 5 years and prior to that South Euclid for 60 years. He was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, belonged to the South Euclid and Lyndhurst VFW and was a WWII US Army Air Corp Veteran. He graduated from East Tech High School in 1941 and went on to become the owner/operator of Television Repair. Clifford loved to go camping and collecting interesting things. He was a rollerskating champion in Ohio. He enjoyed the music being played while roller skating. Clifford, although a reserved man had a wonderful sense of humor. He was hardworking and always willing to help someone.  Described by those who loved him as strong-willed, he was dedicated to his family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Cliff to the Charge Syndrome Foundation, 318 Half Day Rd. #305, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. Relatives and friends are invited to the Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, December 30th, 2020 at 10 AM at St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church 5384 Wilson Mills Rd. Highland Hts. Mass will be livestreamed at http://church.saintpaschal.com. Burial following with Military Honors at Lake View Cemetery.
