Clara Stanko

CLARA M. STANKO (nee Gamiero) age 90, beloved wife of the late Edward A.; loving mother of Edward Stanko and mother-in-law of Allan Radossevich; cherished daughter of the late Anthony and Frances (nee Valentino) Gamiero; dearest sister of the late Louis Gamiero, Theresa Petti (husband John, deceased), Anthony Gamiero (wife Barbara) and Robert Gamiero (wife Evelyn); dear aunt and great-aunt of many; survived by her loving grand-dog Skye.

Clara was born on October 4, 1925 and passed away on April 14, 2016 in South Euclid, where she has lived her entire life. Clara graduated from Brush High School and was a secretary.  She loved the Indians, Browns and Cavs, cooking and baking (especially her chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake) and traveling to Florida, San Francisco, Hawaii and Alaska.  Clara will be remembered for her sweet and kind nature and for how much she loved her family.

Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish at 9:30 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Clara at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) MONDAY 5-8 PM.
