Clara Sarli

CLARA A. SARLI (nee Fiorilli), age 88, beloved wife of the late Daniel J. Sarli, Sr.; loving mother of Daniel J., Jr. (deceased) (wife Karen), Joseph J. (wife Pamela), David J., Barbara A. Lanese (husband David), Donna M. Sarli, and John; devoted grandmother of 7 and great-grandmother of 13; treasured daughter of the late John and Carrie (nee Graziano) Fiorilli; dearest sister of the late Florence Farinacci, Josephine Martorello, and Nicholas Fiorilli; dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Clara was a resident of Cleveland Heights since 1970, formerly of Collinwood and Murray Hill. She was a faithful parishioner of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, previously St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Clara attended Shaw High School. She worked for Glasic Corporation as an assembler. Clara loved bowling, bingo and watching sports with her husband. She enjoyed listening to Johnny Mathis and Frank Sinatra. Clara will be remembered most as being sweet as sugar, very kind, giving, and generous. She loved people and was able to find the goodness in everyone. Clara was devoted to her family and will be greatly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday, November 6, 2015 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish at 11 AM. Burial following at Lake View Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Clara at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) THURSDAY 4-8 PM.
