Cheryl L. Scaffide

CHERYL L. SCAFFIDE (nee Nobilio) age 70, former wife of the late Salvatore; loving mother of Kimberly Ovalle, CNP (husband Clint) and the late Stacie Scaffide-Shatto; devoted grandmother of Michael Scaffide, Alaina Scaffide-Shatto, Clinton Jr., and Henry Ovalle and great-grandmother of Bailey; cherished daughter of the late Patrick and Anne (nee Lupica) Nobilio; dearest sister of Denise Mazzeo (husband Fred, deceased), and Deborah Vicario,MD (husband Anthony, deceased); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Cheryl was born on May 13, 1947 in Cleveland and passed away on November 3, 2017. She was a resident of Highland Heights for 41 years, formerly of Cleveland. Cheryl graduated from Mayfield High School and enjoyed being a homemaker. She loved snow skiing, bingo, landscaping, dancing, music, sculpture art, boating, flowers, travel, beaches, golf and the colors purple, blue and pink. Cheryl will be remembered most as a giving, ambitious and outgoing woman with a sense of humor. She will be dearly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at St.Paschal Baylon Catholic Church at 9AM. Burial following at All Saints Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Cheryl at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) Monday, 4-8 PM.
