CHARLES D. “CHUCK” WEEKS, age 55, loving father of Michael and Patricia; devoted grandfather of three; cherished son of Donald and the late Patricia (nee Mummert); dear brother of Edward, Eileen Bronson, Mary Beth Lemon and the late Jeffrey; loved by Michelle, Danielle and Rich Palin; dearest companion to Cooper. U.S. Navy Veteran.

Chuck was born March 18, 1960 in Rome, NY and passed away August 5, 2015 in Cleveland, OH. Chuck lived in Mentor on the Lake since 1993 and was a Technician for Lincoln Electric and GE. He loved fishing, hunting, camp fires, motorcycles and spending time with friends. Chuck will be remembered as a man of action, with simple needs who had an overly generous nature.

Celebration of Life Service Sunday, August 9, 2015 at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) at 5 PM where family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Chuck SUNDAY 2-5 PM.
