Cecil W. Starlin

CECIL W. STARLIN age 86, beloved husband of the late Alice (nee Fulton); loving father of Darlene and the late Joni Underwood and Jeanine Humphrey; devoted grandfather of Greg Snyder, Alycia Davis, Ken Humphrey, and Shane and great-grandfather of 6; U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Cecil to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St Clair Ave, Cleveland, 44110. Cecil was born on January 25, 1931 and passed away on October 23, 2017. He was born in East Liverpool, and lived in Wickliffe for the past 18 years, previously Kirtland. Cecil worked as a draftsman for the Mills Company in East Cleveland. He enjoyed hunting and country music, and was known for his mechanical skills. Cecil was feisty, and you always knew where you stood with him. Cecil was strong and hardworking, and he will be dearly missed.
