Cece Anderson

CECILIA M. “CECE” ANDERSON (nee Lauer) age 65; beloved wife for 39 years of Larry; loving mother of Jennifer and Kathleen Anderson (Joe Peeples) and Kristen Lundeen (husband Jim); devoted grandmother of Christopher and future granddaughter Addison Elizabeth Cecilia.

CeCe was a resident of Concord Township, after moving from Willoughby in 2002. After graduating from Euclid High School, CeCe worked as a medical coder at Hillcrest Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. She was a member of Wickliffe Presbyterian Church and the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) and taught evening courses at Tri-C in Medical Coding. She enjoyed traveling to New England (especially Maine), refinishing furniture, doing cross-stitch and listening to classical music. She loved spending time at the lake and her dream was a small cottage on the lake. Her family will remember her as a hardworking, devoted woman who would do anything for her children and loved being a grandma.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in CeCe’s memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Celebration of Life Service Friday, April 25, 2014, at 7:30 PM at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91). Private inurnment at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of CeCe at the FUNERAL HOME FRIDAY 3-5 & 6-7:30 PM.
