CATHERINE M. “KAY” McGREAL (nee Sutton), age 98; beloved wife of the late Joseph F.; loving mother of James (wife Alma) of NV, Carolyn Olle (husband Michael Jr.) of SC and the late Peg Biello; devoted grandmother of 13, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother of many; cherished daughter of the late Harry and Carrie (nee Wilson) Sutton; dearest sister of Peg Hart (husband Chuck, deceased), Ronny Sutton (wife Barbara) and the late Rosalind Brazauskas (husband Russell, deceased) and John Sutton (wife Dorothy); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Kay was a resident of South Carolina for 2 years and previously lived in Nevada for 10 years after originally moving from Cleveland. She was a former member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church and the Little Flower Mission Circles. In her free time, she enjoyed candy making, cake decorating, square dancing, listening to Lawrence Welk and big band music and playing the slot machines. Her family will fondly remember her as a positive, joyful, enthusiastic, loving, social woman who liked to have fun.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, March 22, 2014 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish at 11 AM. Burial following at Calvary Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Kay at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) FRIDAY 3-5 and 6-8 PM.
