CAROLINE M. HERBERT (nee LARSEN), age 92; beloved wife of the late LeRoy; loving mother of Bonnie Mentro (husband Ronald, deceased) and Douglas Herbert (wife Teresa); devoted grandmother of Bryan Mentro, Melissa Steed, Laura Eddy (Wes), Christine Fried (Jon), Cheryl Young (Dan),Scott Herbert (Jen) and great-grandmother of 13; cherished daughter of the late Harry and Marie (nee Nelson) Larsen; dearest sister of the late Ginny Yurek, Harry and Edward Larsen..

Caroline was a homemaker who loved to cook. She also loved to be in her garden with her flowers, but she also enjoyed beading Christmas ornaments. Her family will remember her as living a quiet and simple life.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Caroline’s memory to The City Mission, 5310 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, OH. Celebration of Life Service Saturday, May 9, 2015 at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) at 10 AM. Burial following St. Mary Cemetery, Cuyahoga Heights. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Caroline at the FUNERAL HOME SATURDAY MORNING 9-10 AM.
