Carol Ferrara

CAROL FERRARA (nee Wright) age 85, beloved longtime companion of the late Raymond DelBrocco; loving mother of Michael, Shelley Liposky (husband Joel, deceased), James, and the late Lesley Pawar (husband Roger); treasured grandmother of Ashley Herman (husband Kevin), Andrew Liposky and Amanda Liposky, Cesily Humbarger (husband Bryce), Austin, Scarlett and Lily Pawar and great-grandmother of Juliana, London, Capria, Emme and Gia; dearest sister of Sharon Kernz and Thomas Brown, Jr (wife Joyce); former wife of Ralph Ferrara; dear aunt, cousin and friend of many.

Carol was born May 15, 1938. She grew up in Euclid and graduated from Euclid High School. Carol has lived in Reminderville for the last 9 years and in Willowick for 16 years prior. She worked as a beautician and a realtor for many years before becoming an owner/operator of DelBrocco Plumbing & Sewer with her companion Ray. Carol enjoyed playing cards, gardening, cooking, watching the Indians and Browns and dancing to all kinds of music. She loved to cook for her family and always enjoyed her Franzia Wine. Carol loved spending time with family and having Christmas and 4^th of July parties. Many would describe her as the family matriarch who was very creative, innovative, intelligent, entrepreneurial, and classy! Carol passed away on July 8, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Prayers of Christian Burial Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 10 AM at the funeral home. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Carol at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.)  TUESDAY 5 – 8 PM.
