CARA FLYNN (nee Nieminski) age 53, beloved wife for 26 years of Kevin; loving mother of Michael and Tyler; cherished daughter of Gerald and Jean (nee Pollak) Nieminski; dearest sister of Lisa (husband Richard). Treasured daughter-in-law of the late Michael and Connie (nee Hotchkiss) Flynn. Fond sister-in-law of Terrance Flynn, Thomas and Cindy Flynn, Karen and Brian Nemunaitis, and James Flynn. Dear niece, aunt, cousin, and friend of many. Survived by her canine companion Ollie.
Cara was born in Chicago on November 5, 1966 and passed away on April 27, 2020. She graduated from high school in California, and earned her bachelor’s degree from UCLA. She lived in the Chagrin Falls area for 15 years, and previously lived in San Diego and Los Angeles. Cara was the owner/operator of several Massage Envys in the Cleveland area, and before that worked as an executive assistant at Sherwin-Williams. An avid golfer, she also worked at Callaway Golf. Cara was creative, and enjoyed photography, interior design, and watching cooking shows. She loved to travel, especially to Key West and Lake Tahoe. She was a fan of watching the Cleveland Browns and her sons playing lacrosse, and she adored her dogs. Cara was strong-willed and a dedicated, hard worker, as well as funny, friendly and social. She was devoted to her family and will be forever missed.
