Bridget D’Amore

BRIDGET L. D’AMORE was born on Feb. 22, 1927 and died on May 14, 2017 at Hospice House of the Western Reserve at the age of 90. From her birth she was surrounded by the love of her Italian family. Her mom, Theresa, and her father, Tobia, as well as her brother Pat were the center of her life. “Bridgie” never married but her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends were so much a part of her. Bridget’s nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews became her kids. They will miss her beaming, smiling face as will all those cousins and friends. Most of all, her sister-in-law Lilly D’Amore will cherish the memory of their last three years of companionship. Each so looked after the other!! Beloved daughter of the late Tobia and Theresa (nee Trivisonno), cherished sister of Pasquale “Pat” (deceased) (wife Lillian), loving aunt of Natalie Davet (husband George), Kenneth (deceased), Cheryl Wargo (husband George) and Michael D’Amore (wife Barbara), treasured great and great-great aunt of many. In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110.

Relatives and friends are invited to meet for the Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, May 18, 2017 at St. Clare Catholic Church at 9:30 AM. Private burial in All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Bridgie at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just East of Green Rd.) WEDNESDAY 3:30 – 7:30 PM.
